We have a very specific expression in the Russian language - a "cry from the heart". We have always been treating these words seriously and we can tell for sure who actually yells out the cry and who does not.

        So now I would like to know what "cry from the heat" have you got? What is the need that your Soul is crying for? Does it cry in search of the ultimate sense with it's appeal to the Masters of Light, when your mind becomes open and peaceful longing for Them? Or does it cry, frustrated that the forms of life cannot satisfy any more? Or, probably, it cries watching everybody move towards the abyss, is that true? Running towards the abyss, laughing, totally unaware of what they are in store for. And suddenly your Soul yells a cry, but it's not because of your zeal to assert your pride but because you've come to see at once what their destination is. Could it be the cry of your heart, the awakening sound of the triumphant and real start of Love? Could the cry of the Soul in you be the cry of your Buddhic body? Or, more over, the cry of your Soul has reached the level of full Atma, the mature Entity of Brahma?

        How it happens that you give out "the cry from the heart"? When after learning about the eternal life, and beginning meditation you've got the flow of intensive Hierarchy energies and still remain in the old position of still and responsibility, you block the channel and your bodies of Manas, Buddhi and Atma are crying of hunger.

        All the seven initiations, seven lights, seven Hierarchy levels - make our own human high nature. We try to make it united with our own self. We do not believe in it, we develop it, we try to become it. And through these efforts your "cry from the heart" appears to be the signal of the principal life continued in you - the life of the immortal Soul.

        Many of you tell me that in your dreams you see a child crying. "The child is behind the wall, he is crying, I rush there but a black man wouldn't let me in". I told him, that it was his own Soul crying not a child! And the black man was also he... You just trace all that is perishable and imperishable in you and begin to feed the "child".

        But alas! Many of you are burdened with "duties", "goals", "ties" and "compassion". It's strange! How can you pay off debts or feel compassionate for the people if you know nothing of yours or their nature and do nothing for the Soul.

        What is happening to you?! Why you stick to your miserable positions? Why you are anchored next to your ignorant wives? You both are dying! Why you remember times, events and goals? That's incredible! Your Soul is crying and your wives' and your children's Souls are crying too! All the people's Souls are crying! What do you think is the exact point of your help and your compassion for them?

        Can you just ponder over the idea why after so many years of spiritual work here in Russia the result being such dumbness, such deadlock, such brutality? Isn't it because your "cry from the heart" was smothered - reasonably and on time by your logic, by your "duties" and such.

        Men have learned much about the asceticism and they are well informed about the necessity of physical perfection. They know the healthy effect of mountains, height or hunger on them. They have already experienced the levels and flows of energy. But have you ever seen somebody who would truly sacrifice at least any of these? Isn't it necessary for this country to perish that our men could realize the gains they have lost? Is it necessary that we shall suffer so much? We've seen enough of the dead look in the eyes of your colleagues, men and women, who so prematurely got old having their arimanic auras! Aren't you dreaded because it's your country, your city, your Earth!

        Black occultists - welcomed! Parapsychology - welcomed! Orthodox religions - willingly! But the genuine divine practice has come to die.

        Even if you, reasonably and honestly, proceed taking routine care of the Earth unless you come to truly comprehend the real state of matters - you will find out that it's the change of energies and reorganizing all the Earth space that becomes a matter of paramount importance. People should be trained properly how to open up their chakras so that they can be permeated with energies. This practice has been shown to us by the Masters. They've been teaching us to use the mechanism of how to get the "nurture". We need and we must learn how not to fall ill, how not to suffer, not to be attached to the earthly objects and hitherto feel disappointed, frustrated and miserable on the Earth, being satisfied with eating up each other through hatred, fight, career, through rivalry and ambitions.

        The Truth ought to be revealed. But to be able to reveal It, you ought to master how to operate with knowledge and experiment. It must be your task to demonstrate and prove that the Truth can change practically everything.

        Let me repeat once again: a man, who so eagerly takes care of the Earth, first must be able to apply all efforts in order to make the Earth happy. That's not a chimera. Not a dream. That's the practice of working with subtle bodies, with intangible energies.

        There is nothing more beautiful than the eyes of a man who forget about himself in his compassion for all the world. And there is nothing more beautiful than Love itself compassionate for all alive beings that cry to be redeemed. In such case it's a man that the higher Hierarchy energies play through and pass down to the Earth.

        I call on you, men, with request to find out the real need of the world, to identify the root of evil, anchored on the Earth, and be able to master the knowledge that will help you to eliminate it totally. Let your feeling of compassion be genuine. Let your great power and will, that God Almighty permeates you with, rescue the Earth. So be it!
